Having to give up the item slot makes Zard useless, might be good in lower tiers? Gale Wings nerf makes Talon useless. Maybe Volc would be good with it but I don't see it being meta defining or even a particularly large change.

Volcarona is already an amazing pokemon in OU, being immune to entry hazards would just push it to A+ or higher (though it wouldn't be able to use the Z-Fire Blast set which ruins teams.)
