For the Heart Swap Shuffle, you hit something with Fluer Canon, and then swap the Special Attack drop onto something else. In a perfect scenario, the opponent sends out something and tries to set up on you, which is double hilarious. Heart Swap has additional use in stopping a setup sweeper, or sending Intimidates/Sticky Web back.
In any case where the item slot isn't already determined (AV, Specs) I find Magearna a very good Z-Crystal holder. I like Farium-Z, for a no drawback Fairy attaack off of Fleur Canon (Which hits like a truck) or Electrium-Z off of Volt Switch, to take out water types like Toxapex, or flyers like Celesteela, and not force yourself to switch.
