Ice is a fantastic type offensively, it's just that GF keeps making its Pokemon into shitty walls instead of fast sweepers.

Ice and Rock are fine types, just not what gamefreak has in mind for them. There needs to be more fast offensive rocks and ice types. As you see, the few that are actually offensively based are good.
