You don't really. It's a pure Ice-Type with mediocre stats, shit abilities, and literally no coverage.

You can use one if you want, but it won't be nearly as useful as A-Ninetails

Seems like it. The only niche it really has is a much higher special attack, so I'll have to use that.
Why hasn't Gamefreak given the eeveelutions a second nomal ability yet? Eevee has 3 potential abilities while it's evos only have 2.

I have been experimenting with a glaceon in battle spot as a hail setter and the turn that I need to spend to set up hail really hurts it since it doesn't get ice body recovery for the turn, might just use a HA A Ninetails for hail if I have any intent of using the team seriously outside of casual matches
