Z-Happy hour does what Z-conversion does: it boosts all of the user's stats by 1

It also doubles the amount of money you get if you win, but that's irrelevant in the meta (sadly)

i actually have been using Happy Hour Jirachi in UU >>31236066 with Drain Punch and it wasn't bad, but somehow it wasn't as strong as i expected it to be
