I thought Primarina was the better design this gen in terms of starters but really, making Popplio change into that was...really weird. Fennekin already looked pretty damn feminine so when it ebolved, it wasn't much of a shock. Here, we see Popplio transition from a male looking species to a female. What was going through their heads?
