It would be better as Grass/Fighting desu. Fairy just makes it's Poison weakness even worse. As everyone and their mother carries a Poison move nowadays.

Fighting Terrain should work like Taunt; You can only use offensive moves if you're grounded and Fighting Moves get Boosted.
