The most cucked Megas would be Garchomp and Latios, as they're the only ones that are outright worse than their normal forms

In Gen 7, when a Pokémon Mega Evolves its new Speed is added on that turn, it means that Beedrill has its 145 Speed in the same turn it Mega Evolves instead of 70.

It was a mayor buff to things like Mega Beedrill, Mega Medicham, Mega Lucario and Mega Gallade, because they no longer have to rely on Protect (Beedrill), Fake Out (Medicham), or find the best moment to Mega Evolve (Lucario and Gallade)

It is far from being the worst Mega, it is in the middle. I used it a lot on Battle Institute and it even helped me to reach to +6000 Points.
