Hasn't used it since HGSS outside of Random Battle Tree battles. His primary team since PWT and the first SM battle has those Pokemon.

At least get your facts checked before trying to act smart. Blue uses Exeggutor both in BW2 and in SM in the battle right before reaching Battle Tree, in addition to it being one of the Mons he uses in the Tree itself.
