The poison dart frog, a 6 centimeter amphibian, produces a toxin from its skin which can kill a man ten times over, even in minuscule amounts. Croagunk is 11 times larger than a normal poison dart frog, and its toxin is probably just as potent if not stronger. To make matters worse, Croagunk evolves a means to directly inject the toxin into the bloodstream when it evolves into Toxicroak.
