I doubt it. They've likely finalized a few things and some Pokémon by now, but it's still at the development phase.

they won't be, primal reversion is based off mega evolution which is dead this generation. This generation is the gen of the z-moves and if dp remakes happen during it then they will be z-move focused just like how oras was mega evolution focused.

Nah, even if Z-moves are the next big thing, the creation trio will almost certainly get some sort of primal transformations.
