My point was that our Mario games cannot possibly exist in Pokémon world, where all animals are capable of doing ridiculous shit. Imagine the moves DK or Yoshi would learn. Fuck, the story of the game in TV involves Mario trying to find a fucking Fairy. Imagine that shit. It breaks so much of Pokémon World logic.
Ash being referenced means nothing. Jessie and James were made actual in-game characters almost 20 fucking years ago. No one gave a shit and they were retconned out of existence.
