The only place I've ever gotten one was on the Mystery Gift pokemon, can you get them elsewhere or is this list for people who hack for unobtainable items?

For Starmie should I go for Luxury Ball or Heal Ball.
In one hand I consider Starmie to be jewel like with the gem in its center, and the black of the luxury ball goes well with the purple and gold parts of starmie.

But on the other hand, heal ball makes sense because it has access to recover as well as close to its color scheme on the rim because purple.

Moon - Luxray, Lucario, Alolan Muk, Umbreon
Fast - Koko
Love - Lele, Luvdisc, Lurantis
Level - Typhlosion, Beedrill, Mawile to some extent
Friend - Meganium, Tsareena
Heavy - Machamp, Metagross (fuck trying to catch beldum in one though) and Dialga (if DP remakes happen this gen - Apricorn balls are able to be held and traded now if I'm not mistaken)
