The goal of OU is to only ban what is extremely broken.

A Pokemon being on 30%+ of all teams doesn't make it broken. The name of the tier itself is "Over Used". There being Pokemon having high usage is how it should be.

Landorus-I isn't extremely broken or overcentralising. Fast HP Ice users, water spammers, and physical walls exist for far more mons than just this thing.

It fits a lot of roles in one mon. Bulky pivot, rocker, ground immune, etc. And that's just one set. It literally does the job of 2-3 mons so you have more freedom with the rest of your team. He fits in well in a lot of teams whether they're offensive or bulky teams

That's why they say he promotes a healthy meta because depending on what you want him to do, he does it well giving you freedom with your other 5 mons

Out had very good role compression, being a stealth rocker, pivot, ground immune, soft checks all physical attackers, etc. A lot of tasks benefit from, it, since it allows you to be diverse with the rest of your team since it's bringing a lot to the table.

Thanks to the Adrenaline Orb You can run a Speedy Milotic to deal with it. A speedy set is only better in that it'll save you from the flinches. Also if you give it enough speed you can outspeed a M-Salamence.

Amoonguss loses to BD Knock off. Scizor loses to BD Aqua Jet, if Mega Metagross switches in and takes a hit then BD Aqua Jet also removes him, Ferrothorn loses to superpower, and BD knock off 87% of the time, Magnezone loses to BD aqua jet, if rocks are in play Skarm loses to BD knock off, Excadrill and Bisharp die to BD Aqua Jet and if Volcanion doesn't have speed investment then it dies to BD knock off but otherwise he's the most solid check to it out of the things mentioned.

Thundurus got nerfed pretty hard though. He cannot Thunder Wave dark types and even then Thunder Wave has a chance to miss now. On top of that Tapu Koko is a better electric type in every way.
