Oh and I should add that Meikai is good by middle-stage standards and the middle stage grass 'mon is actually better than any of the gen 5 middle stages.
I can tell the theme with the grass line is that the latter forms are based off of american superheroes, so the third stage should drop the green leaves around its neck and regain the eyemask from its middle stage

You don't get it. Actual starters, while always featuring red, blue and green, also feature colors contrasting each other. One other hand, those from OP's pic use colors which all blend together, which makes them look really bad
