Kanto:
>Japanese flag, but replacing the red dot with a Voltorb.This is due to Kanto being mostly industrialized, with it's huge power plant being one of its only claim to fame. It's one of the Regions most closely inspired by Japan. Having a flag based on a Pokémon that has existed for centuries, rather than the semi-recent PokéBall invention, makes sense too.

The Sun/Moon symbols being mixed is great, but the back should be changed to a rainbow, or instead something representing the 4 Guardians, or even just the kinds of patterns thats on the guardians.
