how to get one:
>deposit a FLETCHINDER into the gts for a level 91-100 pokemon
>multiple dips are okay but please be mindful of the queue
>be patient. i'm kinda slow but i will be here pretty much all night
IF YOU THINK YOU WERE SKIPPED, do the following:
>deposit a different fletchinder than the one you caught on the gts
>if that doesn't work, deposit a totally different pokemon and give me exact details
