Hyper Training works for pokemon at Level 100. Hyper Training increases the IVs of a pokemon "SUPERFICIALLY". That is, their IVs do not change, so Hidden Power does not change, however, their stats still increase as if they were max IVs. This is pretty cool, because it means you can have, say, Hidden Power Ice but still have 31 IVs all round. On the other hand, what does this mean for PKHex/Injection? Particularly for pic related.
I've heard this niggas IVs are set to 20/31/20/31/20/31. So are we forced to Hyper train him to make him competitive ready?
