Most importantly it's a single target nuke as opposed to EQ, doesn't hit your ally and no 25%, damage reduction

Maybe a Sand Stream Gigalith with an Air Balloon? That way Earthquake won't hit it and you can Mega evolve before the other Pokés attack

Back in ORAS I used Togekiss+Garchomp a lot

The idea is togekiss spams follow me/roost to tank hits for garchomp while it sweeps. Kind of useless against spread moves though, and in the current meta chomp can really only come in once tapus have been dealt with
