>>31355312I'm not completely bored of them but I can't find as much motivation to play them. When they first came out, I beat Sun in like two days, then I beat it again in like a week, and now I have Moon and I've had it since christmas and only gotten to the second island...
It just seems like Sun/Moon don't have a lot going for them once the novelty of the improved 3D/graphics wears off. The routes/areas you travel through are far too linear and simple to be exciting--some people will disagree with this but I don't the fact that it is impossible to get lost, or get stuck on a puzzle, or feel like you're exploring some massive place and you're not sure if you'll make it to the end with your team fully intact. I'm talking about places like Mt. Coronet, or any of the previous villain hideouts (even XY's Team Flare hideout was more complex than any area in Sun/Moon).
Some of the characters I do REALLY like but Lillie and Hau get the majority of the spotlight whereas the characters I like a lot are mostly just side characters. I like how Lillie gets actual character development however it's not as exciting the second or third time around.
