Ash's Pikachu has been shown to be pretty powerful, so why not make Hat Pikachu a little bit like Eternal Floette, where its BST exceeds that of Raichu?

So, with that in mind, what stats should Hat Pikachu have?

Wouldn't that just be redundant? Light Ball gives it respectable offenses anyway, the new stats should be focused on bulking him up so it can at least take a hit.

Eternal Floette is 1 point BST away from normal Florges. Keeping that in mind, Hat pikachu should can be:
Hp: 70
Atk: 70
Def: 80
Sp.A: 65
SpD: 85
Spd: 114
Assuming Lightball works for it, the stats give it decent bulk and enough attacks to destroy UU and a part of OU.
