--Relaxed Nature
-Encore
-Scald
-Moonblast
-Aqua Jet
Encore allows for good shenanigans as always and he has high enough special attack to bulk through most unboosted physical attacks that the opponent gets locked into.
Torrent AquaJet allows him to ensure a kill when they're trapped in a non-priority move.
Teammates can also immunity check all three of Water/Fairy's weaknesses, so my friends usually feel scared to continue attacking and swapping out just allows a healthy bit of entry damage to any non specially defensive Pokemon (+ that free scald burn chance)
All in all makes for a lot of interesting scenarios no matter how many times it's used and has a fairly good success rate.
