ITT we make small, logical changes to exsisting pokemon making them a bit better while still making sense lorewise
we're not 'fixing' pokemon for good, not making them OU, just touching them up a bit

It can now learn Headbutt, Iron Head, and Head Smash. I mean, its small gear is clearly a head!

Also Focus Blast and Rapid Spin.

Give shuckle recover. Its meant to serve as a dedicated wall which should have a proper recovery move and lore wise it seems fitting with how noodle like it is.

not yet, there is nothing lower than RU right now, but given number of pokemon now and fact that things like Keldeo are UU now and things like Kyurem are RU I wouldn't be surprised

Fits thematically and makes Shuckle significantly better at its job, but doesn't make him overpowered by virtue of having an exploitable weakness.
