Aside from a new mario game, nintendo launches are bland as shit. The last interesting launch title was twilight princess, another LoZ game.

1-2 Switch is steaming garbage. It's literally less of a tech demo than Wii Sports and Nintendo Land, and also costs 50 dollars. It was literally made just for the announcement. That's it.

In terms of sales, Zelda is a tier below Mario. It's a "system seller" to the increasingly smaller hardcore Nintendo fans. They bought Wii U's for this game, and more than a few are going to feel burned. Casuals don't care about Zelda. Nor do the hardcore which don't enjoy Zelda games. Making it their marquee launch title is a mistake.

You can already play every single third party on 360 and PS3

Their only exclusives was Killzone and Killer Instinct, both of which were meh for launch
