I assume it's just pictures, the current Bank only has the box sprites. I don't think 33MB is enough to include all full models, unless they're scaled down or have all animations removed.

For comparision, Pokedex 3D Pro is ~418MB for Gen I-V models which are pretty similair to the Gen VI/VII ones.
