I didn't follow the news since late november and I want to know if somebody has found a way or is gonna found a way to access pokebank with a banned 3DS, I'm kinda pissed off about that because I have all my living dex in there.

Also can the Nintendo SAV help about that if I'm gentle enough and explain that I have a real copy of the game ?
