>>31386770It can be done with a solid ability to help boost some of its stats (eg Filter, Multiscale, Huge Power, Strong Jaw, Tough Claws, Speed Boost).
Throw in access to strong STABs that compliment its ability (eg Close Combat with Tough Claws or Huge Power), boosting moves (ie Dragon Dance, Tail Glow, Shell Smash) and a good stat distribution to whatever is not powered up by its ability (eg if Huge Power boosts attack, more stats should go to defensive stats and speed) then you should have something good right there.
