Would buff the shit out of some of its best moves while keeping it reasonable.
Step 2: redefine OU
Right now OU is ubers-lite, it's filled with Legendaries, UBs, and Megas. Weavile cannot be brought to OU until it gets a mega, a broken signature ability/move, or an obnoxious BST buff. Hell, it could be argued that Weavile needs two of those things to be able to survive.
XY/ORAS's power creep was BAD and S&M are currently making things WORSE.
The winning move is not to play OU. It's cancer and if the meta continues in this direction I guarantee you UU will end up the same by gen 10.
