Why did GF had to copypasta the Charizard family's stats onto Typhlosion? It could of been a better 'Mon if it had original stats and a better movepool.
This really pisses me off to no end.

That's actually not that lazy. Alolan forms are mostly jokes. You can't say they were being serious when they made an Exeggutor with long neck, Alolan Persian or Dugtrio with hair.

with the introduction of the ice stone in sun/moon i thought they'd have glaceon evolve with that and retcon leafeon to evolve with the leaf stone

but they didn't.

Not really, gen2 is more like an expansion pack of gen1. At this time it wasn't really pandering.

I agree with most of your points, even if I do think Persian was meant to be serious. But Alolan Dugtrio, to me, has a lot of interesting design choices and concepts that I think make it a serious design.

Most of these evos and babies need to have retcons eventually.
Also friendship maximizer and nature changer. These are the only things the game needs.

Typhlosion would be great if it was physical instead of special. It has a great physical movepool, plus Fire can be burned means it works decently against the usual physical counters like Weezing.

"Laziest" isn't exactly something hard to come up with, especially if they were going to make something for everyone. They can literally say anything, and it'll make sense. It will take 1 minute at most.
