All that Sceptile needs is Fake out to make use of Unburden with a Normal gem
Blaziken is fine
Swampert could get Tough Claws
Feraligatr could use some more moves that benefit from Sheer Force
Meganium could have Regenerator
Idk what do for Typhlosion. Something offensive again.
Mega-Launcher seems like a good ability for regular Blastoise, but it could also get something else to separate it from its Mega
Charizard could have an ability that's like Steelworker for Dragon moves
Idk what do for Venusaur
