167 turns for stall vs stall is nothing. I've seen them go to 500+.

usually it boils down to both players switching every turn (so they dont lose pp) and whoever wins is whoever has enough time/patience to keep doing it.

Looks like one of the players was banned for a naughty name. Usually that is what happens when there is a guest name
