Primarina will stay in UU as a strong special monster. Decidueye might drop to RU since it's pretty niche but at least fills that niche quite well. Current Incineroar is hot garbage (haha get it breaddit? XDDDDDD) but will become a doubles monster once it get's Intimidate.

if boomburst Primarina were to happen, she could even be an OU Pokemon. she is still a very good UU pokemon usable in OU.

Boomburst Primarina would be crazy strong, especially after Liquid Voice releases. Water-type STAB Boomburst off of 126 SpAtk would be obscene. Definitely high OU.

I think Energy Ball would be better for the fourth move.
all attacker with hydropump, moonblast, psychic and energy ball.
assault vest so it becomes a big special tank.
