What if they changed the ability to slowly regain his base attack and speed instead of halving them for five turns?
Turn 1 .5x, turn 2 .6x, turn 3 .7x, etc. Turn 4 would jump from .8x to the full stats.

It sucks that a BST of 670 is utter shit
