Water attacks have no effect for five turns. During this time fire attacks can not be used by the mon that used Flare Out. Switching the pokemon out will NOT reset this turn counter. Light Clay increases the duration and reset time.

Exclusive to noble or "heroic" pokemon like Braviary, Machamp and Chesnaught.

Emergency Procedure - User shields itself from 1 super effective attack and returns half the damage it wouldve taken back to the attacker

I was thinking something similar, maybe call it "temple chop" as in the user hitting the opponents temple physically, but damages the brain. Gets 10% of confusion as well.

Battle Thirst - Pokemon BP damage increases the longer it's in play (max increase of 50%)

Weird Weather - Causes weather, terrain and trick room to behave weirdly (rain turns into hail, then turns into trick room, then into psychic terrain, etc but if brought in under no weather, the effect will last for 3 turns, and activate if anything tries to change it out)

All-Stop! - Disables all damaging moves for 3 turns after it faints

Well, now you have a horde of angry vp autists getting mad that it (probably) has a higher burn chance than flamethrower/fireblast. Just like with scald.

Hive Mind
Pokemon with this ability are not one but several creatures working together as one. When this Pokemon's health reaches 0% it does not faint, instead it's health is lowered by 25%. On the fourth 'KO' the Pokemon faints for good. When the Pokemon's health lowers so does its attack, but it's speed raises.

+8 or something Priority, however Focus Punch works. The pokemon takes a stance. When hit by a damaging attack, the Pokemon launches Cross Counter at whoever hit it. In a Double Battle, it can use the attack twice if both opponents target it.
If the attack that triggers Cross Counter would make the Pokemon faint, the attack is launched before the pokemon faints, but the user of Cross Counter faints before an opponent damaged by Cross Counter does.

I think it's meant for double battles where both Pokémon become semi-invulnerable and the other can still attack.
