No recovery outside of RestTalk. Porygon 2 has more utility options and access to reliable recovery gives it more flexibility. Type: Null does have potential, but would kill for a good recovery move to help its longevity and moveset options.

Pretty much what everyone said. No recovery. As is, you would have to use Rest+Talk but then you either lose coverage for a boosting move (Swords Dance) or attack with poor coverage (no EQ, no Fighting moves, Double-Edge lowers longevity). Anything it can do, Porygon 2 can do better except U-Turn.

It wasn't even bad in previous gens, but Z-Conversion literally fixes all it's problems. The only way it could get better was if it got a special att version of dragon dance so it could use LO instead of a Z-Crystal

Because it has bulk, but piss-poor offence, and no good moves to take advantage of it.
If it got, say, Recover, we might be in business.
If it got Defog, we'd be rock solid.
It's stuck Toxic walling for damage, or else using a mediocre offensive set.
