I had emotionally distant parents and dealt with an abusive father. My infancy was during a rough time for our family and that's most likely what affected my emotional development.
I try to leverage it for my advantage. Having a disconnect helps me in my current sales job - I have zero reservations about pushing sales and I learned to read body language.
Started playing in elementary school when it was the "cool" thing to do. I liked winning in battles.

Zoroark. I got the first "event" Zoroark and nobody else in my school's club had one, so I was the king of mind games. I also like the connection between the "illusions" and how I sometimes fake emotions.
I liked Gen 5 a lot. It was a nice improvement on Gen 4.
I like Megas. Z-moves seem dumb.
