First of all, I take her to the bath and properly clean her. Next, I'd ground her for a year. Getting her proper education is next. Not something I can trust a stranger on, so I'd be personally seeing to that. Getting her better clothes and hobbies comes next. I'd also throw her in middle of all my Pokemon until she gets over her dumb gimmick of being scared of every type of Pokemon.
The next step depends on how all of this goes. If she's grown a brain large enough to understand how dumb she was, and that she should always, no matter what, stay away from faggots like Ash, then I start focusing on making her a Trainer. If not, I'll try everything I can to get to that first. If everything fails, I'd have to use some Ultra Wormholes to get rid some memories. As for her Training, she gets a Charmander, for BURASUTO purposes. She's not going to travel by herself. I'd find just the perfect partner for her.
