Doesn't have the bulk to Quiver, and it's a magnet for priority attack switch ins for which she has nothing.

Mixed HJK, U-Turn and coverage (Ice Beam is great) seems the best way to use her.

Don't go for quiver, either all out attacker with HJK, U turn, Lunge/Poison Jab, Ice beam or Specs set.

Her special attack base stats are the same as her attack. Just EV train her to be a special attacker.

Unless she's the only Pheromosa you have in which case I'm sorry for you.

most pherormosas have ice beam
her special attack is very high

the main use of pherormosa imo is being able to kill mega aerodactyl and mega alakazam who have 150 speed with her 151 speed.
I think even a timid pheromosa can kill mega alakazam with U Turn, he is very frail
