Despite being a Psychic type Chingling evolves into Chimecho the same way Eevee evolves into Umbreon. Maxed out friendship and it has to be night time.

Chingling is based on a Suzu bell. you know, those bells nearby Shinto shrines.

it's also the lightest baby pokemon out of all.
it's also the shortest psychic type along with Natu.
