Buccarati, Abbacchio and Narancia die. Fugo leaves about half way through. Polnareff comes back at the end to give the Deus Ex Machina Stand Arrow to Giorno, but he accidently gets swapped bodies with a turtle forever. The main bad guy is the mob boss named Diavolo, and he has the ability to... uh ... he has the ability to have a confusing stand.
