im not sure i love a few gym leaders designs but feel like there is no point adding them to a top ten favourite characters since they are a small part of the game. Same for MCs/E4. These kind of things feel reserved for iconic characters and there aren't many in pkmn games (imo) and the ones that are, are because they were in the ashnime. (for example my cousin loves Dawn from watching the anime but her as an MC in DPP and in the anime are almost two different things.
