Yeah, i guess the whole mermaid aspect of Primarina and her lower body part in general is pretty attracting. That said, I generally prefer when Primarina is drawn either without or with small boobs, but that's just me. And again the eyes and tiny fangs are so cute and adorable

To be fair this isn't necessarily untrue. The games say that legendaries have no genders but they clearly do outside of the games. And starter ratios are tied to an old gameplay mechanic rather than a realistic set.
