Even if we ignore its offensive capabilities, stall would become completely impossible to beat if they use Zygarde-C. Like, your only hope would be to KO Zygarde in such a way that it doesn't trigger its complete form. Chansey and Zygarde-C wall basically 95% of everything, and then they have another four pokemon.

Basically, zygarde complete had such absurd bulk it could set up in the face of what would've been checks to it, allowing it to utilize rest talk thousand arrows with either DD or coil to set up and sweep way too easily.
