Mud or no mud, it doesn't change that the design would work much better without them. And if they were going to go with the mud-donkey motif, then at least put the mud on different places and not just those specific areas. Have it make fucking sense.

The spots should have gone around the whole body imo, not just the stomach and a spot on the head. Would make the design a lot less awkward.
