The headcanon I have is that the reason for her still being so young-looking and attractive is prolonged exposure to Nihilego toxins that slowed the ageing process considerably. Maybe Mohn looked young and handsome as hell once upon a time, but then when he was like "Fuck this", and left Lusamine, his age caught up with him due to not being around those toxins anymore. Nihilego could have wiped his memory to keep him quiet, too.
