Yes. After complete the National Pokédex in Alpha Sapphire I'm doing the same in Y, I never thought getting Evolution Stones in Kalos was THAT hard and very random.

Thank fuck for Poke Pelago. Sure, in ORAS you can get as much elemental stones as you like if you get lucky with the Mirage Spot RNG and as long as there are other people playing there's also a way to get the other stones but Poke Pelago is still miles better.

You can get multiple stones multiple times at the same time, though. Although if you're looking for a specific one you never get it.

Like the Stone Emporium in Lumiose City, you can only buy the Leaf, Fire and Water Stones, and unlike the Stone Emporium the Thunder Stone is also available (which is only required to evolve 3 Pokémon)
