Amazon: the forest gets a good chunk of Bolivarian and Andean. The eastern part has ZERO to do with the forest or its people.
Carioca: akin to Kola and Slavic, most people there do not want to be associated with that. And the border with Amazon is fucking wrong.
Andean: Paraguay is not part of the Andes. Paraguay has zero to do with the Andes culturally or politically speaking. It has more to do with northern Argentina and the southern half of Brazil than with the Andes.
