Play Rough would be enough honestly. Wild Charge shares the same BP as T-Bolt anyway. You can even run Nature's Madness on the physical set to receive less HP recoil.

This would be amazing. I fucking love Steelix and I want the Mega to be viable. It'd actually have a niche as an Electric immunity in the current meta, and Shore Up would differentiate it from Excadrill.

Incineroar could get Knock Off. STAB Knock Off from 115 attack with Intimidate to pad some bulk isn't anything bad.

It baffles me that Solar Blade was wasted on a non-Chlorophyll Grass type. Leaf Guard is okay if you hate getting burned, but the benefit would be more worthwhile on a fast sweeper, as Paralysis also doesn't screw you over. Lurantis is too painfully slow for dedicated Sun teams.
