I didn't make it, I just lookes up Mega Luxray on google and this was the best one I found.

I mean, it does look kind of like a dark type in the picture, and crunch + strong jaw work with it

Mega Sharpedo has 140 attack with STAB Strong Jaw Crunch, in addition to being able to boost its speed before mega evolving.

The pokedex entries for Shinx talk about how it glows when it's in trouble, specifically saying that its fur dazzles if danger is sensed. So this Mega Luxray would look like a mixture of Shinx and Luxray, and it uses the X-ray eyes it has to know when to dazzle to stun prey or foes.
