Absol has always been described as good in the pokédex, and so has Pangoro, while Garchomp's thing is being stupidly fast, then having his arms boil into scythes when it evolves, while Nidoking's dex entries just say the forehead spike is poisonous and that it has a strong tail.
The only one that fits is Weavile, and maybe Mewtwo.
